First, it is modeling and simulation and analysis of simulation results for the company's warehousing and logistics based on the detailed investigation of the company warehouse logistics system. Secondly, combining the simulation results with the actual situation of the company, the company's warehousing logistics is analysised in-depth comprehensively by the analysis of application process, the idea of lean logistics, slotting optimization of relevant theories and principles and SLP analysis, and find out existing in warehousing and logistics problems and comprehensive consideration of various factors to develop scientific and effective, strong feasibility of the optimization scheme.
