Secondly, combining the simulation results with the actual situation of the company, the company's warehousing logistics is analysised in-depth comprehensively by the analysis of application process, the idea of lean logistics, slotting optimization of relevant theories and principles and SLP analysis, and find out existing in warehousing and logistics problems and comprehensive consideration of various factors to develop scientific and effective, strong feasibility of the optimization scheme. 摘要

仓储物流优化的重点是库位分配优化和物料配送,本文将库位分配和物料配送这两个看似不相干的问题整合在一起,同时对两者进行优化。首先,在对公司仓储物流系统进行详细调研的基础上,对公司仓储物流进行建模仿真,并对仿真结果进行分析。其次,将仿真结果与公司实际情况相结合,通过对公司仓储物流应用流程的分析、精益物流的思想、开槽优化的相关理论和原理以及SLP分析,对公司仓储物流进行深入全面的分析,找出仓储物流中存在的问题并综合考虑各种因素,制定出科学有效、可行性强的优化方案。最后对优化方案进行仿真分析,评价优化效果。
