PSS-SR scale was applied to 400 health care staff who directly treated and cared for patients infected by Covid-19. These staffs were from the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases and Ninh Binh General Hospital. Occupational factors were considered, including working department, duration of working hours, and time to interact with infected patients.
