摘要

项目危机预测在项目管理中是必不可少的。开发适当的方法来分类项目和建立多标准决策的预测模型需要经验方法来最小化错误分类。本文采用偏好分解法对项目风险进行多准则分析,并利用UTADIS对项目风险进行判别。UTADIS需要使用关键路径分析实现的预定义分类。将该方法应用于3个工程实例,结果表明该方法无误分类误差,并建立了有效的预测模型。
