摘要
为了解决环境问题,人们普遍认为“去物质化”是关键问题之一,经济活动的“服务化”有助于“去物质化”。本文提出了一种基于RSP (Receiver State Parameter,接收者状态参数)服务模型的服务生态设计支持方法,该方法采用QFD (Quality Function Deployment,质量功能部署)。提出了生态设计过程中服务评价的四种类型。洗衣服务应用于所提出的方法,并证明了其有效性。
A method to support environmentally conscious service design using Quality Function Deployment (QFD)
