摘要

风电和光伏发电是新能源发电的主要形式,是对传统电网的补充,研究考虑功率损耗的电网最优运行控制具有重要意义。为了计算最优运行容量,本文建立了功率损耗最小的目标函数,约束条件为节点电压限值、容量限值和支路传输功率限值。在分析了电源色散和磁导率对电网损耗的影响后,采用遗传算法求解最优运行模型。通过对IEEE33标准体系和江苏实际电力系统的计算,得出了最优运行容量方案。
