The population in this study was all class XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Kendari as many as 172 people. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling method, namely the technique of determining the sample under consideration, namely being able to perform a single leg bound movement. Of the 172 people after making the selection who can perform the single leg bound movement, there are 31 people. So the sample in this study amounted to 31 people. The instrument used in this study was a 100 meter run test, then given single leg bound treatment with a volume of 3 times a week for 18 meetings. The research data were analyzed using the normality test, homogeneity test of the data before moving on to the t-test. The results obtained from testing the hypothesis that there is an effect of single leg bound exercise on 100 meter running speed, where t count = 11,426 and significant value 0.000 > = 0.05, then HO is rejected, HI is accepted. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that there is an effect of single leg bound exercise on 100 meter running speed. 摘要
本研究的目的是确定单腿束缚运动是否对百米跑速度有影响。本研究人群均为SMA Negeri 6 Kendari 11班学生,共172人。本研究的采样技术采用有目的采样法,即确定所考虑的样本的技术,即能够进行单次腿束缚运动。在选定的172人中,会做单腿束缚动作的只有31人。这项研究的样本总共有31人。本研究使用的仪器为100米跑试验,然后进行单腿捆绑治疗,每周3次,共18次。对研究数据进行正态性检验、齐性检验,然后进行t检验。检验单腿束缚运动对100米跑步速度有影响的假设得到的结果,其中t计数= 11426,显著值0.000 > = 0.05,则HO被拒绝,HI被接受。从所得结果可以看出,单腿束缚运动对百米跑速度有影响。单腿束缚结果的贡献为43%,其余57%由未检查的其他方面支持。
