Retroperitoneal synovial sarcoma presenting as paraneoplastic hypoglycaemia

Synovial sarcoma is a well-recognized malignant mesenchymal neoplasm. Primary retroperitoneal synovial sarcoma is extremely rare and has poor prognosis.
