In this paper, we present a reality check of IaaS cloud large file dissemination. We deploy the experiments in National Super Computing Center in Tianjin (NSCC-TJ), China, which use multiple snowball tree algorithm to dissemination virtual machine images, software packages, software or system kernel updates in large quantity. We optimize and accelerate the algorithm to fit our system and environment.
