This study shows negative correlations between burnout and nursing character(r=-.41, p<.001), flourish(r=-.58, p<.001). In addition, it showed a positive correlation for job stress(r=.36, p<.001). The flourish(β=-.49), job stress(β=.38), nursing character(β=-.16) have a 49.8%(Adj R² .489) explanatory power for the nursing burnout in clinical nurses. 摘要
