It is of great significance to study the coupling mode, planning and operation of IENG. In this paper, according to the uncertainties of load and renewable energy, a robust optimization method is adopted. IENG system considering power to gas (PtG) and gas turbine (GT) is modeled. On this basis, an optimal planning model is proposed, and the C&CG algorithm is used to solve the problem.
