This study consists of three independent variables, namely product quality, risk perception and trustworthiness and one dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. The object of research is women who have made purchases at Shopee. The number of samples was determined as many as 60 people by purposive sampling technique. The research data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression method processed through the SPSS version 20 program. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 1) Product quality partially had a significant effect on women's decisions in making online purchases at Shopee; 2) Perception of risk does not partially affect women's decisions in making online purchases at Shopee; 3) Trust partially has a significant effect on women's decisions in making online purchases at Shopee; 4) Product quality, risk perception and trust simultaneously have a significant effect on women's decisions in making online purchases at Shopee. 摘要

这项研究旨在确定女性在Shopee网上购物的决定。本研究包含三个自变量,即产品质量、风险感知和可信度,以及一个因变量,即购买决策。研究对象是在Shopee购物的女性。采用目的抽样技术,确定了60人的样本数量。研究数据是通过发放问卷收集的。数据分析采用多元线性回归方法,通过SPSS 20版程序处理。根据研究结果,发现1)产品质量对女性在Shopee的网购决策有部分显著影响;2)风险感知不影响女性网购决策;3)信任对女性网购决策有部分显著影响;4)产品质量、风险感知和信任同时对女性网购决策有显著影响。信任是影响购买决策的最主要变量。
