THE INFLUENCE OF THE RUSSIAN-UKRAINIAN WAR ON THE IT LABOR MARKET

The purpose of the article was to determine whether the Russian-Ukrainian war affected the labor market in the IT sector, as well as how this labor market changed during the three months of the Russian Federation's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. To this end, using methods of statistical analysis, the role and place of the IT industry in the economy of Ukraine, the general situation in this market over the past ten years, the number of employed individuals and enterprises, and the key changes that were affected by the Russian-Ukrainian war were determined. and the full-scale offensive of the Russian Federation on Ukraine. It was determined which companies are the leaders in the IT market, the dynamics of changes in submitted vacancies and responses to them in Ukraine as a whole, by city and region, as well as in the context of professions represented in the IT sphere. Such an analysis made it possible to consider the existing situation from different angles and to make a certain prognosis of the development of employment in the IT sphere in the future. The main factors affecting the labor market in general and in today's situation in particular have been formed. The analysis showed significant deep transformational changes in the structure of the labor market in the IT sphere in recent months, as well as professions that are currently in the least demand in this market. The article can have practical value for personnel management specialists and recruiters, giving them a clearer understanding of the IT employment situation, as well as for job seekers in the researched field with recommendations for areas of study and repurposing in professions that are in greater demand today and have less supply specialists
