摘要

本文对毕业生期望工资的因素结构进行了研究。通过对2007-2009年和2012-2016年俄罗斯大学生工资预期的8个回归估计的分析表明，除区域虚拟值和打工学生工资外，所有系数的估计都是一致的。毕业生预期工资和平均名义工资的动态表明，前者比后者更容易受到经济周期的影响。
