The conclusions are as follows: the DEA of star-rated hotels in Wuhan City and Qianjiang City is effective, and their starrated hotels operate best; the investment scale of star-rated hotels in Hubei Province is basically moderate; but in order to improve the comprehensive efficiency, it is needed to attach importance to enhancing the management level and innovating the management system; the total factor productivity index in all cities (autonomous prefectures) fluctuates significantly, which is mainly affected by the technological progress change index. Therefore, the application of high and new technology should be vigorously promoted. 摘要

本文构建DEA-Malmquist指数模型，对2010 - 2017年湖北省星级饭店经营效率进行实证分析。结果表明:武汉市和潜江市星级酒店的DEA是有效的，其星级酒店经营状况最好;湖北省星级饭店投资规模基本适中;但要提高综合效益，必须重视提高管理水平，创新管理体制;各市(州)全要素生产率指数波动较大，主要受技术进步变化指数的影响。因此，应大力推动高新技术的应用。Keywords-star-rated酒店;业务效率;DEA;Malmquist指数
