摘要

本文提出了一种用于辐射电磁干扰机理诊断的多功能千兆赫横向电磁(GTEM)单元。讨论了GTEM电池的结构设计和测量原理,并将GTEM电池应用于被测设备的辐射电磁干扰噪声机理诊断。在瞬变电磁箱中采用多极矩模型实现电磁干扰测量,并利用近场机理诊断装置确定主导噪声是共模噪声还是差模噪声。实验结果表明,所提出的多功能GTEM电池不仅可以用于辐射电磁干扰测量,而且可以有效地用于机理诊断。
