摘要

本研究的目的是比较和分析混合健身训练方法对30多岁男性体能的影响。将受试者分为2组:AMRAP(尽可能多重复)组(n=50)、TA(时间攻击)组(n=50)。测量变量为体能、肌肉力量、肌肉耐力、柔韧性、心血管耐力、力量。采用双因素方差分析(two - way ANOVA)分析分组与时间之间的差异及交互作用。在相互作用的情况下,对事后进行Duncon检验。所有显著性水平均为0.05。结果表明:两组在肌肉力量、柔韧性和力量的变化上没有显著的统计学差异。但根据测量时间,AMRAP组和TA组肌肉力量量有一定差异。在肌肉耐力、柔韧性、心血管耐力和力量方面,组与测量时间的交互作用无显著影响。因此,研究表明,8周的混合健身训练方法对30多岁男性的身体成分和体质有相似的影响。
