This study uses the base-stock policy (S-1, S) method, which is applied to high priority spare parts. Determination of high inventory (HI) category spare parts is obtained based on FRMIC classification (Fuzzy-Rule-based approach Multi -criteria Inventory Classification) which considers several criteria, including: unit price, consumption value, replenishment lead-time, critically and commonality. 摘要
. 库存管理政策成为一个公司的重要组成部分,包括在食品厂涉及几个生产活动。为了支持生产活动,公司需要机器来进行生产活动。为了使生产活动顺利进行,公司一直努力保持这些机器的可靠性。备件是支持这些活动的重要组成部分。备件的种类和数量不是只有一种,而是可以达到上千种。因此,企业有必要对备件库存进行良好的管理,以保证仓库中备件的可用性,当然也要避免仓库中备件库存的积累,使库存成本居高不下。本研究采用基础库存策略(S-1, S)方法,该方法适用于高优先级备件。基于FRMIC分类(Fuzzy-Rule-based approach - Multi -criteria inventory classification),综合考虑了单价、消耗价值、补货提前期、关键性和通用性等标准,得到了高库存类备件的确定方法。使用基础库存策略方法可以降低总库存成本。
