摘要

研究了压电螺旋位错与界面的电弹性相互作用。假定层的表面在机械上是自由的,在电上是开放的。利用微扰概念和洛朗级数展开的方法,明确地给出了电弹性场。在此基础上,通过数值算例说明了位错位置、压电效应和材料性能对界面应力和像力的影响。结果表明:压电效应能够改变螺位错与界面和自由边界的相互作用;弹性常数的差异对界面应力有明显的影响。
