The mixed crystals were growth using the modified pressure Bridgman method. The temperature, absorption and excitation study of Zn1-xAxSe mixed crystals using Raman scattering method is reported. Measurements have been performed for crystal with x equals 0.07 for A equals Mg content and x equals 0.09 for A equals Be content. From the Raman spectra the longitudinal optical (LO) and transverse optical (TO) modes which correspond to ZnSe-, MgSe- and BeSe-like single crystals were distinguished. 近年来,人们对宽间隙II-VI混合晶体在蓝绿激光二极管技术中的应用进行了研究。采用改进的压力布里奇曼法生长混合晶体。用拉曼散射法研究了Zn1-xAxSe混合晶体的温度、吸收和激发。对A = Mg含量x = 0.07, A = Be含量x = 0.09的晶体进行了测量。从拉曼光谱中可以分辨出ZnSe-、MgSe-和类贝斯单晶的纵向光学模式(LO)和横向光学模式(TO)。用曲线拟合的方法计算了所有激发波长和不同温度下LO和TO模式的积分强度。
