Measurements have been performed for crystal with x equals 0.07 for A equals Mg content and x equals 0.09 for A equals Be content. From the Raman spectra the longitudinal optical (LO) and transverse optical (TO) modes which correspond to ZnSe-, MgSe- and BeSe-like single crystals were distinguished.
