Providing parking areas located logically and conveniently could reduce traffic congestion by permitting commuters access to public transportation systems and convenient access to private and rental bicycle parking lots, and could solve messy and overflowing bicycles in the passage way by reducing or eliminating illegal parking. A solution for environmentally noise-vibration-free urban parking construction is a keenly long-awaited urban development.
