摘要

本文建立了混合动力汽车电机驱动系统共模电磁干扰噪声电流返回路径的等效电路模型。该模型包括三种回流路径:三相电缆编织屏蔽、金属车身和车辆部件间的寄生电容。为了提取等效集总电路参数,采用了静电仿真和阻抗测量相结合的方法。对混合动力汽车全系统的仿真结果表明,在调幅射频范围内共模EMI噪声电流的主要路径是三相电机电缆的编织屏蔽层。
