The following mechanical defects were modelled in laboratory conditions: skewed connections, eccentricity of connections, increased circumferential clearance, increased intertooth clearance, etc. The thesis was put forward that tests on LUZES equipment enable to transfer experience onto the more complex helicopter power unit.
