This often leads to additional traffic. As part of ITS deployment in China, parking guidance system is drawing attention for alleviating congestion. Considering the existing traffic management measures, the schematic of integrating advanced parking guidance and information system into urban traffic flow guidance system is put forward in the first part of this paper.
