摘要

提出了一种基于主成分分析的多分辨率图像融合方法。采用小波变换对配准图像进行分解和多分辨率表示,利用主成分分析(PCA)对低频小波系数进行自适应融合权值分解,对高频小波系数进行局部能量极大融合,然后对各小波系数进行逆变换和组合形成融合图像,该算法保留了输入图像的全局结构信息和重要特征信息。实验结果表明,该方法在融合图像的精确特征、可见性和结构信息方面取得了良好的效果。
