摘要

研究了li掺杂NiO和li掺杂Ca/sub 0.05/Ni/sub 0.95/O(以Ca取代Ni改变晶格结构)在高温区的热电性能。采用软化学法制备氧化物粉末,并将其烧结成压缩板。化学处理大大缩短了整体制备时间。所得氧化物样品的塞贝克系数、电导率和导热系数与传统固相法制备的样品相似。该方法是制备氧化陶瓷的有效方法。
