Summary: This study aims specifically to study the training needs of the agricultural guides in the field of using IT and communications in the guidance work , in El-Jebel El-Akhdar region in Libya , the region of El-Jebel ElAkhdar in Libya was chosen to conduct this research as the agricultural guides use the IT and communication extensively to supply the guided ones with information and guidance knowledge helping them in their agricultural works , the research data were collected via inquiries thru personal interviews , all of the agricultural guides in the region of El-Jebel El-Akhdar and their number was (150) agricultural guides represented this study and its research sample , the statistical methods included : the mathematical average , the repeated tables , the percentages , and the simple correlation coefficient (of Pearson) and the multiple regression
