For systems based on nanometers thick cobalt films deposited on various nanostructured substrates the characteristic length is of about of 100 nm. 摘要

本文证实了弯曲磁性纳米结构的磁光响应规律,在一定尺度上发生交叉。在小于特征长度的尺度下,磁光横向克尔效应磁光滞回线归一化值不依赖于电磁辐射的入射角。对于比特征长度大或大的弯曲纳米结构,在一定的入射角下,观察到磁涡结构固有的磁滞回线。对于基于沉积在各种纳米结构衬底上的纳米厚钴膜的系统,其特征长度约为100 nm。在实验数据的基础上,估计了涡结构形成的能量消耗。
