With educators who have high disciplinary loyalty and also school principals who play a good role in institutional institutions. This study aims to find out the role of the principal in improving teacher discipline at Kesehatan Bahkti Nusantara Banjar AgungTulang Bawang Vocational School. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach which is intended to study and analyze data found in the field and then described in sentences and words. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation from teachers and school principals. 摘要

教育管理范式要想有效、高效地提高教育质量,就需要教育人力资源,而教育人力资源是提高教育质量的支撑,合格教师的能力是一个非常重要的因素。有对学科高度忠诚的教育工作者,也有在制度机构中发挥良好作用的校长。本研究旨在了解Kesehatan Bahkti Nusantara Banjar AgungTulang baawang职业学校校长在改善教师纪律方面所扮演的角色。本研究采用描述性定性方法,旨在研究和分析在该领域发现的数据,然后用句子和单词描述。数据收集技术采用观察、访谈和来自教师和校长的文件。本研究的结果是,校长作为领导者,在提高学校教师纪律方面有很强的影响力。
