摘要

目的:本研究探讨组织公平感和组织整体信任对组织公民行为的影响。研究了组织公平感对组织公民行为的影响,以及信任对组织公民行为的影响。设计/方法/方法:以唐格朗区305所民办初中273名教师为样本,采用结构方程模型对假设模型进行检验。研究发现:本研究的主要发现如下:研究发现,组织公正和信任对教师组织公民行为有正向影响,组织公民行为对信任也有正向影响。原创性/价值:研究结果表明,当教师对组织过程的平等性、需求、意见权、透明度、中立性和承认相同立场感到公平时,他们可以从事组织公民行为。
