摘要

术后血液学改变的特点是炎症期由于缺乏血液液体导致白细胞增多。本研究旨在解释黑头鱼提取物对剖宫产术后患者血液白细胞数量及伤口愈合的影响。本研究采用真实实验设计方法。白细胞计数仪器采用血液学分析仪法，创面愈合采用REEDA量表。数据采集于第3、5、8天进行。结果表明，给予黑头鱼提取物对大鼠血液白细胞数量的影响p值为0.003。平均创面愈合时间为第8天，p值为0.001。由此可见，剖宫产术后患者给予鱼头鱼提取物700 mg 21，连续7 d，对外周血白细胞数量和伤口愈合均有影响。
