Based on the state-of-art research method, this article seeks to analyze 52 qualified productions about ProUni, aiming at a better understanding of the following program-related dimensions: program design, profile of newcomers, student´s stay. Briefly, the reading of these productions indicates that ProUni has positively affected low-income students, previously with little chance of entering higher education and which would hardly be attended by public HEIs.
