The contradictions of their inclusion in the list of basic logical modules are briefly analyzed. The memristor models are theoretically predicted by Leon Chua and proposed by HP are considered. Their main characteristics are analyzed. The requirements that basic logic modules in the form of IP modules must satisfy are summarized. A periodic table of basic logic elements based on the concept of charge in its various states (rest and movement) is given. The regularities of the arrangement of basic logic modules in the periodic table of logical elements are considered. The contradictions of including memristor in the the periodic table of logical elements are analyzed.
