摘要

基于旅客、地勤人员和机组人员的时间弹性定义,提出了一种筛选过境航班时间弹性最大的机场地面服务流程的评价方法,以减少旅客到达机场的时间,增加地面服务的灵活性,提高机组人员的抵离连通性。首先利用延时Petri网推导出同一中转航班的所有可行服务流程,然后利用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法得到最优服务流程;最后,一个具体算例结果表明,该方法可以得到所有可行服务过程的时间弹性排序,验证了该方法的有效性。
