摘要

群延迟是描述信号传输系统相位特性的关键参数,也可以衡量连续信号通过传输系统的相位线性度。本文采用双频相位差法测量了换频器件(FTD)的群时延。但是当群时延变化较大时,测量误差会增大。针对这一问题,提出了一种优化方法。该方法结合高阶多项式拟合,合理选择测量孔径和测量间隔等参数,提高了测量精度和测试效率。
