摘要

本文提出了城市山地道路安全的复合要素评价模型。首先,建立多层次的道路安全指标,分为成本、效益、固定和间隔。其次,构建山地城市道路交通安全复合元素评价矩阵,利用信息熵理论描述刻画指标的不确定性,计算确定的复合元素权重系数。然后,给出了各方案的复合关系熵元的取值,并求出最佳方案。最后,以山地道路安全为例,验证了模型和算法的有效性。
