Based on the scientific positions of leading Ukrainian scientists and work experience of higher educational institutions, modern pedagogical technologies of military specialists’ (officers of the tactical and operational-tactical levels) project activities have been singled out as the basis for the formation of their scientific and research competence. It has been found that project activity develops personal qualities that are significant for a military specialist. 摘要

本文对项目活动教学技术在未来军事专家-战术和作战-战术级军官培养过程中的构建和应用进行了科学依据分析。根据乌克兰主要科学家的科学地位和高等教育机构的工作经验,军事专家(战术和作战战术级别的军官)项目活动的现代教学技术被挑选出来,作为形成其科学和研究能力的基础。人们发现,项目活动可以培养对军事专家来说很重要的个人素质。它们是:创造性思维、独立、坚韧不拔、负责任和人道主义,这在该国领土上军事行动的困难情况下尤其重要;项目活动的教学技术为高等军事教育的学生创造了选择他们在项目组关系系统中的位置和角色的前景,允许在每个项目中选择个人研究手段-从解决方案到复杂和大规模的军事模型和方案。阐明了在组织未来军官项目活动过程中贯彻专业培训理论与实践相统一原则的重要性;得出的结论是,可以利用教学技术手段提高未来军事专家计划的、有根据的、有意识的和程序化的项目活动的效力:社会相互作用(在项目任务工作期间的相互作用、相互支持和协助);研究(选择有效的研究方法,产生想法);组织和管理(计划、设计和分配职责、管理决策、组织联合活动);交际能力(讨论公开演讲,表达自己的观点,准备结论,为自己的观点辩护,使用现代类型的可视化,展示和捍卫自己的研究结果);反思性(对结果和决策的自我评价和相互评价,对产品的自我分析等)。
