The study builds on what researchers have recognized as the strength of radio in spurring peoples’ interest and participation in development matters. The study adopts the cross-sectional research method to sample the views of 240 respondents drawn from Warri population. The graduated data derived from a Likert scale were statistically analysed using percentages. The findings reaffirmed the rationalized position of scholars on the use of radio in the direction of development.
