The populations of this research are all employees in PT Binor Karya Mandiri Paiton Probolinggo, amounting to 71 people. The sample in this study is the entire population or by using census methods. The type of this reseach is explanatory research. Path Analysis has treated as the data analysis in research. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定自尊和工作压力对员工绩效的影响,以及工作满意度作为中介变量在PT Binor Karya Mandiri薪酬问题中的作用。本研究的人群均为PT Binor Karya Mandiri paion Probolinggo公司的员工,共计71人。本研究的样本为全体人口或采用人口普查方法。本研究的类型为解释性研究。路径分析在研究中被视为数据分析。本研究结果表明,自尊对工作满意度和员工绩效有正向显著影响,工作压力对工作满意度和员工绩效有负向显著影响,工作满意度对员工绩效有正向显著影响,自尊对员工绩效有正向影响。工作压力通过PT员工的工作满意度对员工绩效产生负向影响。
