This study aims to test the success of e-Learning in the learning process at UIN Walisongo. The factors used in this test are information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and net benefit. These factors are thought to have an impact on the success of the e-learning system at UIN Walisongo. The Testing of information systems in e-learning uses the model DeLone and McLean with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and SMART-PLS tools. 摘要
