摘要

为了解决互信息与角余弦的距离不满足三角不等式的问题,在陈世贤教授研究的基础上,提出了一种改进的相似度度量的定义。研究了所提出的相似度度量的性质,包括与距离的关系。采用组合向量法和基于相似性度量和互信息或角余弦的距离法构建了64种脊椎动物基因组的系统发育树。结果表明,利用改进的相似性度量定义可以构造出互信息距离和角余弦距离,所构造的系统发育树与目前已知的物种系统发育基本一致。

Analysis of genomes phylogeny using distance method based on similarity metric
