摘要

本文对螺旋圆柱齿轮传动副的两种点接触和线接触进行了研究和分析。分析了轴平行度误差和中心距误差对接触面积的影响。数值算例表明,在不考虑安装误差的情况下,线接触传动副具有较大的接触面积。通过MATLAB软件和仿真算例,得到了不同误差条件下,轴平行度对螺旋圆柱齿轮接触面积和啮合性能的影响。

Analysis of the Influence of Parallelism Error on the Meshing Performance of Circular-Arc-Tooth-Trace Cylindrical Gears
