this article discusses about hoax in society as the social phenomenon and hoax as a violation of the law. This article is base on the previous research with title Implementation Learning Model Analysis Jurisprudential Inquiry As Effort Prevention News Hoax Among Students, the results of a prior study are still there is the difficulty some students think critically of news emerging, then to find the solution needed development of learning model Jurisprudential Inquiry.
