Researchers tried to find out whether Jurisprudential Inquiry learning model that focuses on critical thinking students against social problems, how can a student take a position (attitude) towards these problems, as well as maintaining the position with arguments that are relevant and valid. This model can also teach students to be able to accept or appreciate other people's attitude to a problem that may conflict with the belief that exists at himself.
