LTA molecular sieve, which is an industrially important desiccant as a kind of zeolite molecular sieve. It is always used in the reverse osmosis method, which is one of the sea water desalination, and extraction of industrial ethanol method in the world. Membrane separation technology is widely used in cell science[1, 2], human science[1, 2], microbial science[3], military industry, battery technology[4, 5] and so on. With 2 years invention and attempts, prototype membrane is finished and the filtered data has also been measured in different side, such as Linda Type A(LTA) making temperature, raw material ratio of membrane preparation and filter curves. The physicochemical analysis of the samples before and after filtration was carried out. 乙醇/水分离技术是一项长期的研究。LTA分子筛,作为沸石分子筛的一种,是工业上重要的干燥剂。反渗透法是世界上常用的海水淡化、提取工业乙醇的方法之一。膜分离技术广泛应用于细胞科学[1,2]、人体科学[1,2]、微生物科学[[3]]、军工、电池技术[4,5]等领域。经过2年的发明和尝试,完成了原型膜,并从不同侧面测量了过滤后的数据,如Linda Type A(LTA)制膜温度、制膜原料配比、过滤曲线等。对过滤前后的样品进行了理化分析。膜过滤损失极低,可用于食品级过滤
