摘要

交通拥堵在网络中广泛分布。对交通拥堵的分析一般采用静态通行能力。但由于拥塞是一个动态过程,必须对其动态特性进行研究。本文结合城市拥堵分析方法,研究了动态交通分配建模的基本原理。建立了三种拥堵分析方法,特别考虑了随机用户最优DTA模型。相应的,分别提出了响应拥塞对策的动态系统优化模型和预测拥塞对策的理想用户优化模型。
