摘要

针对曲轴部件淬火后表面不同深度残余应力的无损检测,提出了基于两种不同频率的超声临界折射纵波法。分别测量了淬火后的残余应力分布和径向跳动。结合径向跳动测量,分析了不同残余应力分布下的变形规律。结果表明:淬火产生的残余压应力会导致曲轴部件中部径向跳动误差增大;
