In order to address this problem, a relative stable P2P network architecture for live streaming media is presented. Our approach is that the architecture combines tree with clusters, and some super-peers are reserved in the clusters for peers' joining and departure, which is likely to be significant in a highly dynamic environment. In addition, the maximum accepted connection of each super- peer and its average disposing delay are adopted to select the optimal father peer.
