In this paper, a qualitative study is furnished to suggest an effective approach for the integration of ICT in teaching and learning at university level of Bangladesh addressing the needs of Education 4.0. Besides using secondary data from publications covering different geographical areas, a survey is conducted on 200 students and 15 teachers of public and private universities of Bangladesh. The study is carried out covering the factors related to teachers and students.
