The samples were 60 pregnant women who were selected by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed with the Wilcoxon test. There was an effect of Maternal Mobile Message (M3) on knowledge (p= 0.00), and attitude (p= 0.00) to antenatal care in pregnant women in Seluma District.
