Due to the vital position of a university of medical sciences and its serious responsibility in educating the forces directly related to the community's health, these centers must redouble their efforts to satisfy their students. For this purpose, this study was conducted to identify factors affecting students' satisfaction with Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This applied research was conducted with qualitative methodology and qualitative content analysis. The samples were purposefully selected from the Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences students. In this study, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 13 students. Data were analyzed using MAXQDA software. Results: Seven central themes, including \"educational factors\", \"research factors\", \"managerial factors\", \"administrative factors \",\"welfare factors\", and \"support services\" along with its sub-categories that express students' shared experience and understanding of factors which influence their satisfaction were extracted. 摘要

目的:教育机构的成功取决于学生的满意度,学生的满意度是学校进步和繁荣的关键。由于医学大学的重要地位及其在教育与社区健康直接相关的力量方面的重大责任,这些中心必须加倍努力,使学生满意。为此,本研究旨在找出影响霍尔木兹甘医科大学学生满意度的因素。方法:采用定性方法和定性内容分析方法进行应用研究。样本有目的地从霍尔木兹甘医科大学的学生中选择。本研究采用半结构化访谈法对13名学生进行访谈。数据分析采用MAXQDA软件。结果:提取出“教育因素”、“研究因素”、“管理因素”、“行政因素”、“福利因素”、“支持服务”等7个中心主题及其子类别,表达了学生对影响满意度因素的共同体验和理解。结论:从学生的角度考虑教育、研究、管理、行政、福利和支持服务因素的重要性,决策者和受托人应该考虑学生的需求和期望,制定满足这些领域学生被忽视需求的计划。
