Resolution is the major issue in these kinds of images. In Image processing the image with higher resolution gives better results. In this paper we are studying two wavelet and interpolation based image resolution enhancement techniques. These techniques are basically based on the discrete wavelet transform and stationary wavelet transform. Overview of satellite image resolution enhancement techniques
